sorry for the pause update....happy new year everyone....

after a long consideration...;-p finally i decided to wear glasses...sy mo jg ba rasa drive mlm siyok2 w/out fear of tia nampak...

so i went to the nearest optic house to have my eye check + (check harga...muhahaha) sy suda round 5 optic house just to re-confirm my eye problem...eiseh..mcm big problem pula sound dia ni..;-p haha....5 optic house tu bukan sy ambl masa 1 ari check....dr last year lg sy pigi round2 check ni....and plg penipu itu england optic house la (city mall)...dia kc tinggi dgree mata sy....sot!~~~ heee...actually sy tiatau dia tipu ba mula2....sy pigi the next 2 optic house dorg pya bacaan hampir sama...ko byg kan la england optic house kc naik power mata saya smpai 50 (surplus utk sy pya mata) ko tipu sy awl2....reject ko awl2 berpun sy tau dorg memg check lg d dlm tu bilik kici2 tu....tggu dlu la cuti ni manatau pndai baik sndiri ( sia pisaya sntiasa ada miracles if we believe ;-p ) jd berabis la sy merehat kan mata waktu cuti ni....kurg tingu tv...kurg men tenet....kurg men game...kurg tgok matahari...;-p yg last tu tipu la...hee....

jd arini sy pigi yg plg dikat sma sy pya rumah la...haha...sna i-care tu d bverly hills....sikit sda sy mo buat time tu...tp sy tia puas ati jg.....;-p sbb sy rasa mc mahal...haha...sy mo buat 'transition lens' bah.....mahal tu....jd btul2 sirius sy mo pilih ni...

yg best kn...sy belajar jg sikit2 psal lens transition ni.....jan kmu tertipu klu dia offer murah tu....ada tiga jenis lens transition yg slalu ada d optic house....1st- made in france, 2nd- made in usa, 3rd- made in japan....he..sy susun mengikut gred yg t'baik suda tu...beza dia kn....dia pya speed mo tukar warna.....jd sy pilih yg made in france pya la...sbb dia bilg 1 min gitu dia laju tukar warana ikut cuaca and terang tu tmpt...he..happy! ;-p memg sesuai dgn mata sy ni...(i hope so)

jd last2 sy pigi sna mega long....entah kedai apa tu optic yg dekat dgn pintu utama masuk tu.....pya kici sora dia....balik2 sy hah? hah? ;-p sy yg bosukon atau dia yg tlampau kici sora tu....sy nda mo la ni seller tia pndai layan customer.....hey...louder pls...;-p yg plg sadis kan...dia charge transition lens from france rm800 not include frame....ceh,...murah lg sna beverly dlm ati sy..hehe...besa la kn customer ;-p jan la mrah2...

pastu sy bosan sda...jln2 kijap d megalong....tiba2 sia npk I-care vision d sna...waa...2 cawangan pula dia ni..hihi..ko tau..meh kita bisik2 ar...(bos dia mc muda...hensem jg la cikit2) muahaha....dia kc disc sy..yeaa....pya sy happy...jd last2 sy buat sna la...hee...tggu la bisuk sy upload gmbar sipik sy sni..;-p

hi..=) update..update...

i want to blog about this few days ago but i was too lazy to update..huhu...ok...i have night sight problem...mcmana mo ckp tu ar??? saya tia ble nampak jelas waktu mlm..and its affect my drive when it gets dark or rainy day...=( i don't realize it until one day.....hujan lebat dan lebi kurang dekat2 jam 7 mlm gitu....kami pegi dongongon....and luckily saya bawa kazen sama2 ni...ada 1 kwasan yg teda lampu jalan so terpaksa harap lampu kereta saya...di sana la saya langsung tia nampak jln ni....garis puti apa lg...hilang ni teda wujud saya nampak...buduh...sot punya mata.....pastu saya makan jalan lg( masuk orang pya kawasan drive)...palis2 accident la saya tu....saya drive pelan2 di bawah 40km/j..peduli la org mara di belakang.....sory la...sia ada problem mata...huhu....pastu time pulang kazen saya ambil alih driving...fuh!~ sejak dari tu saya tia berani sda drive malam2 klu saya tau ujan and gelap tu jln...skg mo kurang2 suda men intinit ni..mo makan carrot byk2....and rehat mata byk2...o'oi byk2...hehe...;-p

bah....ni gambar sia ambil beberapa ari lalu...hihi...excited ni dpt minum milo ping ( milo ais bah) jarang2 ada ni tau...dulu saja time saya sikula rendah...skg teda suda....jd.....apa lg...;-p slurrp..slurpp...!~

mungkin orang heran ni napa sia ambil gmbar kn..jakun tia pernah npk lori gini ka?haha....peduli hapa gue...yg penting bahagia ;-p

today was my 1st experience sending my car to Perodua Service authorized centre....hee...bagi orang yg tia pernah tahu pasal keta ni memg mcm ni laa....semua rasa seronok ni..;-) bukan seronok pasal dapat tengok orang buat keja servis...tp seronok bila dapat tahu keta ini suda berumur 990km mileage dan pertama kali servis...hee....sila buat booking servis sblm 1000km mileage bg keta baru korang ye ;-)

bagi kereta baru....perodua lah...others I don't know..;-p dia ada free servis konon sejauh 3 years/100 000km manufacturer's warranty...ok let me explain...dia x free sebenarnya....u still have to pay for the oil and bla bla bla....the only free is the labor charge...so better don't trust the free terms la hoh...

sblm saya pergi servis keta....kalau ko teda pengalaman atau orang yg b'pengalaman mo d tanya...ko tanya sj Pak Google....search for forum....and there's a lot of people sharing... Most of the time...u no need to participate coz there's already people asked the same question like wat u want to know....hee..tggal ko baca dan faham....

another thing....lepas baca2 experience orang dlm forum tu....ingat la....jangan servis selain dr authorised dealer perodua coz the warranty will automatically void...jangan bagi sepa2 pun sentuh enjin kereta korang kalau ada masalah...bg kereta baru la...haha...bukan sombong ar...sepa susah klu ada rosak????.....klu korang hantar mana2 workshop pun blm tentu dorang bole pecaya ;) buat apa warranty kan? itu lah dia kc sedia number call emergency....

sila kan buat booking servis lepas belajar dr pengalaman org lain....bole dtg sendiri atau call sj...i prefer call...supaya ble la tanya brapa harga servis ni...tia jg malu dpan2 menanya and berkira2 berapa budget mo kc servis ni ...haha.....

sebagai kenangan...sempat snap mileage 990km..hehe

macam ni la gudang perodua servis ni...haha...bengkel bah...=) bersih tau dalam tue...alamat pusat servis yg dkat dgn area saya ni ialah :

is it normal to feel weird if u dumped that some1....and after a while...u both get back together again? yea...it hurts me the most...and i still feel it now even though we still texting and try to act normal like we used to be....but still...i feel hurt....i wonder if we really okay in this relationship... shud i end it? or give it a try wit all my effort? how bout him who acting cool not care anything i guess...mayb guy have their own ego isn't? I promise myself...this is the last chance i give a try to win our friendship back...i can't stand it...so im the one...who make this promise......so starting from now on...im looking for new one lah to accompany me....so that it won't hurt me much after the 'break-up" will you be the one?hahaha...jokes....ok then....thanks God....fixing a broken heart...

suatu masa dulu..sy pernah berkawan dgn seseorang yg suka menyelidik ttg perangai melalui horoskop atau bintang kelahiran... sungguhpun pada awalnya saya m'anggap ia karut tp saya seronok mendengar setiap penjelasan sahabat ini ttg diri saya....sbb kawan....saya pun mula minat dgn horoskop2 ni...walaupun memg hanya kita lebi mengetahui sikap atau diri kita..ada kala nya..kita binggung???...siapa diri kita yg sebenarnya...

hari ini saya akan bercakap mengenai hati....tentang perasaan ....ttg emosi dan segala yang berkaitan dgn rasa itu...
apa yg sangat istimewa ttg hati sebenarnya?kita berfikir....bukan dgn hati tp otak...tp setiap kali kita merasa sakit atau gembira kenapa perasaan tu bukan dtg kepuasan d otak tp d hati? kenapa sering kali kita merasa sakit pda hati dan bukan otak??.....otak hanya tahu berfikir tp tidak akan merasa sesakit hati....

hi...i need your help....I've tried searching a solution tru the internet but none is helping...I accidentally deleted my photos in my Nokia X6 drive and couldn't retrieved back the image...is there any software that might help?any suggestion pls? as I know...Nokia has its own back-up file but I don't know how it work...and my phone also support OVI...wat the hell is that...

okay, let me start with My coming convocation (cover story ba) that will be at PICC on this coming saturday...damn...it clashes with my lecture schedule and the worst is both important task fall on the same date..

It is hard to communicate in English with my foreign lecturer....so I make a small preparation before I meet him...things that I will going to ask him....getting permission to reschedule my test as well..so the conversation goes well at the beginning (coz already set in mind kn) he then asked me to give a prove letter from my previous school....I told him I already show him last Friday...I was helping my self recall him back.....but couldn't explain him with confident...my mind busy make up some sentence that might help me to explain..I suddenly blank and what else I can say...I just speak hantam2 lor....hehee...

have u guys try this at home? hahaha..this printer is actually FOC gift that I got after purchased my lil bro HP laptop....it's not originally come with this package...I made some upgrade to the printer coz lots of people use this kind of ink nowadays...they say its economical =p ( i was about to be a frugal)...but I tell you don't you ever go for this type of ink....its not Okay...the printer always stuck, paper jamm and hang....the ink will spurt out somewhere...and the colors print also not nice la...tia santik...I always believe that a quality and good product come with a quality price as well...if the brand is guarantee good quality do not think hard...grab it! and make it yours....;-P

here's another update~

I didn't intend to wash my cloths today but the 'rajin' mode suddenly switch on and its such a waste if i didn't use it with a proper activities.... so the plan goes this way, i hate to say that i dun like to stay in a place like that one on the photo below...there was this situation that drive me nuts every time I plan to wash my cloths thing the mood will fade away in a nanosecond....i will not going to describe the situation in a whole story...so lets these photo tell you....

i was at the 1st floor....the best thing being at the 1st floor is nda payah susah2 nek tangga....the worst is....klu cuci kain...yg tingkat ats punya kain tu membasah kan kain2 tgkat bawah ini....and klu tiba2 teda d rumah...nobody look out your cloths...and memg ada kes curi and kena hujan...punya sandih....

its not that i dun have any alternative to sort out ths 'problem'... i mean ...well,its a problem for me...hehe...i always bring back home my cloths to wash but what if I get too busy and couldn't come back home in a month? imagine how disaster it turn to be....so I started saving coins....i mean a lots of coins u noe...for the sake of these awful washing machine..... it costly compare to my previous experience at 'abcd' (private and confidential) i used to wash that clothes once in a week...so that i can lump sum all the clothes in 1 full pail and dump it into the washing machine....xkan la mo rugi kan cuci 1,dua pasg sj....i have a good reason here to ' jeruk ' my clothes....hihi...

and now the next thing is I have to separate the cloths which is some of them need to hand wash...and fewer are colors.....:-p

solution no 1:

1.to be more economical method i finally realize that this tactic did really work out well...hand wash + dry machine....ha-di-ha!~ i am proud that finally i can control this financial crisis...;-P

Hi…I’m not going to used the same excuses anymore…

Well…as you can see….I am not as active as before…huuuuhuuu…there’s so much I really want to share with you out there…but I couldn’t find any word how to start it because there’s so much left already….

If you still remember last time I post about my intention to further study…and…. 12 tahun yang lalu...dady membeli seekor anak lembu jenis tenusu....dan di namakan Lobo...hehe...

saya masih ingat...ketika itu...saya berada d bangku sekolah rendah...lobo mempunyai corak seperti 'Dalmatian'...bezanya...warna hitam dan coklat pada tubuh lobo lebih menyerlah berbanding si dalmatian tu ye dan warna putih menutupi keseluruhan tubuhnya...^_^ ok,...enough wit the description...hoho..

setahun kemudian, lobo semakin membesar dan keras kepala...adedeh...saya dan abang sering silih berganti mengambil tugas mau ikat sama bagi makan si lobo...hmm...(dia suka makan garam,bagi jilat2 d tangan,atau buah2-an atau rumput2 yg muda)

yg sadis....si abang bersekolah d sesi pagi dan saya berada d sesi petang(saya suda masuk SMK time ni,sumandak suda..haha)....jadi,tugas utk kasih pindah si lobo diambil alih oleh saya. pda waktu pagi-tghari...(lembu tidak tahan panas tau,.) tia boleh bagi dia bebas coz dia pintar btul oo mau sisip sana pagar..

ok..

lobo mempunyai satu sifat yg bikin panas....bila saya mau tarik..dia tarik saya balik..biarpun dgn sepenuh tenaga saya mau tarik tu tali dia tetap still stood d tempat dia bediri sambil tgok muka saya...rasa macam dia mengejek saja time tu coz dia suka kc keluar2 lidah jilat hidung dia...

saya sudah siap dgn uniform sekolah saya....siap utk ke kelas sesi petang pada waktu itu...tiba2...dady mengarah saya utk pindah tmpat teduh si lobo....;( huh...rasa mcm mau nanggis pun ada time tu..faham2 la si lobo ni sgt susah mo atur klu bukan dua org yg urus....slalu saya dan abg...saling membantu..di mana si abang tarik si lobo..dan saya merotan punggung si lobo..;-p

pada waktu itu, biasanya, van sekolah yg kami sewa akan smpai pada jam 10.30am....

dari jam 9.45am gitu saya start tarik2 si lobo tetap jg dia tia mo jalan...saya bg umpan dia makan garam dia tetap tidak mau berganjak ...jam 10.15am...semua murid2 sekolah menengah mula menunggu d depan kedai kami...masing2 menunggu bas sewa utk ke sekolah...sambil...dorang tgok2 saya tarik2 lembu yg tidak mau bejalan.....huhuhuhuh...malu??? ya...saya akui...saya ada perasaan malu juga time tu..imagine la ba...kawan2 ko tgok ko tarik lembu dgn Uniform pinafore lagi tu..peh....

jam 10.20am...mula sudah bas sekolah sampai ambil murid2....saya mula menanggis sebab si lobo masih lagi d sana tmpat dia....klu saya kasih tggal..dady saya la yg marah....lagi sakit..huhuhuh.....entah dr mana semangat saya dtg...tiba2 saya tarik si lobo..sy tendang2 dia...oppss...sepa suruh...hehe..smbil nanggis2...adeh..saya baru masuk form 1 ba ;-p haha...saya tia nampak lagi jalanan sebab kabur2 tu mata menanggis kan...tia lama kemudian...bas sekolah saya pula dtg....;( dan semua murid2 dlm bas tersebut kasih keluar kepala tengok saya.....''ooooiiii....si vera tarik lembu!!!! hahahahahahaha...."" bukan setakat malu..marah...geram..benci..mau bunuh pun ada time tu..semua bercampur gaul..saya rasa air mata saya time tu makin deras mengalir...betul2 saya tia nampak jalan lagi d rumput2 ba time tu...sekali saya tgok kasut sekolah saya....rupa2nya saya tepijak taih si lobo..saya sumpah2 lagi si lobo time tu...mami muncul depan pintu kedai dan memberi isyarat jalan kepada pemandu bas sekolah...kalau tidak...dorang masih lagi ketawa terbahak2 tgok saya dlm keadaan mcm tu...

hari itu....saya tidak ke sekolah...nekad ponteng...sudalah teda kasut lagi...badan saya pun bepeluh habis coz panas ba jam 10.30am pun...uniform sekolah saya?jangan ckp la....kotor sna sini kena lumpur..time tu...saya benci betul dady...kalau bukan sbb dia suruh saya time tu tidak mungkin saya ponteng..tidak mungkin saya kena ejek2 kawan2....huhu..tp skg..I almost forgot about it..hehee....

bukan setakat itu sj, keesokan harinya,..saya pergi sekolah..dlm bas...saya kena ejek...smpai sekolah...1 kelas HEBOH....termasuk jiran2 kelas yg lain ;( cepatnya kemaluan tersebar ;-p hahaha....'vera,betul ka ko tarik lembu kemarin?'' bukan itu saja...macam2 lagi dorang ejek saya tp saya lupa suda la sekarang..hehe

ok lah...itu saja update saya kali ini...

uppss...mau tau apa terjadi sama si lobo lepas tu?;-p

hahaha...akhirnya dady decide jual si lobo....yay!~ sudah kena masak kali dia tu..entah la..saya tia peduli...jaat eh saya ni..tee hee~.....

it's been almost 3 months already I served for MSH...now its time to countdown 10 days more left until then ..... will be convert to permanent soon...;( uh....I don't think Im gonna like it...it's like a torture...you know...when U're trust enough to do ur daily job & task and reply all the complain from the outlets...and the BOSSES especially....No one will cover u up when u did something wrong....alamak.....I am not a newbie anymore?? ...;( hope it'll turn out OKEY ....

starting tomorrow 11th until 15th of May...we got a futsal training from 6pm to 7pm..

uh....teda rehat la minggu ni....I refused to join at the first place...but since we have no enough player...saya kena list ni main...oh shit...(ha!ha!ha! kotoh!....) am contributing to losing u my team...hohoho...

we got a futsal TOURNAMENT on this coming Sunday at....somewhere around kk Futsal centre.... sponsored by SHB....hehe...I will got another one new T-shirt/jerse I guess.....hihi...ok lah tu...;p ada hadiah sblm kalah...lol....I bet my team will lose again....(ha!ha!ha!ha!)...i am bad am I? :))

I have this kind of feeling everytime I started drafting my post...hehe,... I bet few or more of you experience that kind of situation like me....hmm....like, I wanted to blog something...then, suddenly after I started typing the idea din't turn out well...and I was like...urrghh!~ no post for today...:p

yea.... when I was young (teenage stage).. I love reading this called ' REMAJA's magazine....hihi....my favorite pages in there was a 'student who studies at oversea' and 'cerpen'....sometimes, I read the tips they provided...hmm...love tips( normal ba tu ;p lain la klu skima,...)

:p its in Malay Version of course....I am not into english world during my young age..coz there'll be a waste of money to buy those magz coz I won't read em'...I just scan over the page...look at its photo and thats all it end...hehe not because I am not interested...but I don't even understand what the hell the story about...;( I don't even try harder to improved my english...now only I realized how important english were compared to malay (sorry to say ;p) please understand ok....

back to my 'REMAJA' magz...

I have once send out my cerpen to the REMAJA's publisher...hehe..pls don't laugh at me...I know I am not supposed to send it out coz I am not good enough in writing...even my malay also not that impressive...I don't even know whether the remaja publish it....but ...

I was surprised when,....I finish my National service batch and back home...I still remember dad told me I received this huge envelope stated my name on it...and the sender from ALAF21!!....Omy GOODNESt...hehe...teda apa2 dia tulis sna...cuma dia letak ni sticker....tahniah...terima kasih atas sumbangan anda kepada Alaf21...I try to remember bila masa pula saya ada kaitan sma alaf21..then, only I realized I have send out my draft to the remaja once....klu kamu pernah baca tu magz...ada tu siapa2 yg berminat mo htr hasil penulisan boleh hantar d alamat ini dia tulis...pastu dia bg sagu hati klu berjaya kena publish ka? I don't remember anymore..it's been ages I did'nt read the remaja magz...so that time, saya gila Novel alaf21....saya nampak dia offer tu novel saya pun htr hasil cerpen saya knon...tau2 btul2 saya dpt....stefa isle...my very first Novel =') di tulis oleh H.M.Tuah Iskandar....punya boring cerita dia...tp last2 saya abis jg baca...it more to Motivation...dua kali saya baca all over again the novel...baru saya faham....sinopsis....

ok...pecaya atau tidak...berat plg maxima yg pernah saya capai ialah....55kg ....

lol....bagi seorang wanita...55kg dgn tinggi 158cm adalah sma jg dgn kegemukan....

kesimpulan;

158cm (tinggi) x 55kg(berat) = GEMUK....utk wanita ye...

ok...tolong jangan terasa okey...sebab saya pernah gemuk maka saya tidak akan rasa bersalah untuk mengatakan 55KG-dan keatas...tinggi di bawah 160cm ada la gemuk....=))

50kg tinggi di bawah 145cm..juga ada lah gemuk...

bangga lah sesiapa anda yg memiliki tubuh badan yg langsing tidak pernah akan naik berat badan biarpun makan 3 baldi penuh KFC dlm 1 hari...sebab ramai akan merasa anda sgt bertuah dan klu boleh pinjam la perut kau tu sma kami...jeles jg ni klu boleh makan byk tp tia pandai gemuk...

utk wanita yg tinggi dr saya....saya tia tahu pula..ni dr segi pandangan mata kasar sj...bila npk benjolan2 lelemak tu..klu blm kawin..blm ada anak..pls.(apasal merayu ni..lol)..berusaha la utk bekurus..sbb bila suda berumah tangga....sgt la susah mau diet...sebab kena sedia makanan selalu..stiap masa makanan ada depan mata..dan bila perut kenyang..tapi hati kata mau cuba jg tu makanan...

saya pernah sedia kan makanan utk 1 keluarga...1 family....dr breakfast...lunch sehinggalah dinner...blm termasuk makanan2 ringan yg dibeli dr kedai2....snack2...ringan...tp sgt berkesan utk menambah jumlah dose lemak....

tips utk kekal langsing....

1. kalau bercadang makan luar tu...terutama dinner...jangan suka pakai seluar longgar2...I mean..yg bergetah...atau pendek kata boleh regang....

sebab,...perut..bila kenyang...pandai kembang kan...jd tu seluar pun pndai sempit..tp bila pakai seluar longgar...gerenti la..ble tapuk tu perut..lol...pakai la seluar jenis butang...yg memg tidak sempit dan tidak regang...cukup utk perut anda selesa ^_^...bila kenyang..si seluar akan memberi alarm kepada si perut...

oi'...berenti makan...kang tebuka butang seluar ko ni haa....lemak ko belipat2 dah tu....sesak nafas...huh!~

2. Disiplin...kau ingat d sekolah sj ko perlu berdisiplin,tmpat keja?..depan org sj ko pura2 berdisiplin?...diri sndri pun mesti respect...kc disiplin diri tu..

maksud sy disiplin dr konteks ni..ialah...klu suda kenyang tu..jangan lg senduk nasi kali ke-2....jangan lagi ambil lauk ayam goreng berketul2.... jangan lagi eh' saya mau try yg itu.....blm lagi cuba....jangan.....sgt2 melanggar diet anda....klu baru 1 mggu rasa sudah ringan badan..eh'kurus dah saya...rasa seluar tu longgar...jangan dlu kau puas hati..jangan dlu kau gatal mau p makan begelen2.....skurang2nya...1 bulan...baru ko bole langgar...1 kali...cukup sekali...tu klu memg tia tahan suda mo makan la...tp lepas tu mesti bersemangat balik mau diet tau!!...

3. Makan nasi 1 kali sehari...1 pinggan sehari....utk wanita ye..lelaki jangan la bah..kesian..sudah lah keja berat2...hehe....atau klu tidak ambil nasi sekurangnya makan makanan yg berserat....contoh: oat,...etc....

klu makan luar tu...atau masak d umah...jangan teda hidangan sayuran....atau jangan daging sj lauk tu..bikin sumbang lemak...biar nasi sikit..lauk sayur makan banyak sikit...kenyang jg tu...daging ayam atau daging yg lain2..ganti dengan Ikan...^_^ kurang kan makan daging...atau jgn makan daging langsung...atau makan daging hanya 1 atau 2 kali sebulan...(^_^)y~ peace....

petang, klu lapar,...makan lah kuih-muih...yg ringan2...bukan cake atau pulut nasi tu ye....makan 1 atau 2 biji donat home made tu pun sgt la mengenyang kan..di minum dgn tea or hot milo..hmm...sedap...klu teda kuih muih..cukup la sekadar minum petang...^_^

pagi?... saya sgt jarang breakfast...bukan sebab saya diet..tp tidak sempat..huhu...jd...pagi sy cuma akan minum hot choco...haha...yg 3 in 1 tu..sy bawa p ofis...;) cukup utk tidak membiarkan perut kosong....

4. jangan minum alkohol...hehe..,yg ini kan...saya mo sentuh jg la...sebab...bila minum tu..ada juga 'pusas' kan...and yg plg happening tentang mabuk ni time malam...orang sgt aktif utk mabuk pada malam hari..saya pun tia tau mengapa....bila malam....perut kita kurang bekerja...dorang pun mau rehat bah...bila dorang rehat..dorg tidak bekerja utk bakar lemak ko...and ko akan mengampai tidur lepas mabuk..bila suda mengampai...tu lemak2 mula bermaharajalela ini teritori saya dia bilg...jeng3x..terjadi la lemak2...terjadi la ke 'boroi'-an haha.....di tambah dengan gas2 beer...yg akan buat tu perut kembang...huh...buat exercise selalu girl...sit-up..eh ngam ka tu ejaan sy...?tidak pun rajin2 la jog d kawasan rumah pun jd lah..dlm rumah pun bole jg tu...main kejar2 sma adik/anak2...lol...just kidding..

5.last but not least,....jangan ambil pil kurus atau minum TEH KAMPUNG atau TEH2 BIKIN KURUS!!! kenapa saya larang?....sebab kau tidak pndai kc disiplin diri...kau bergantung sma dorg....kau tu perempuan...esok2 kau mengandung..takkan kau masih minum and makan tu bikin kurus???....esok2 kau bersalin mana boleh kau sembarang makan & minum bikin kurus tu...silap ari bulan kau tidak sedar kau mengandung kau masih ambil tu pil...kau masih minum tu teh kurus....DISIPLIN!! try untuk tahan diri kau dr mahu makan berlebihan...berhenti makan sebelum kenyang...makan sebelum lapar....

6. eh...ada lagi...^_^ selalu lah berpuasa...haha...half day is enough..buka puasa jan ikut org lain makan sedap2 smpai kenyang gila..cukup la sekadar utk kenyang...saya selalu makan kuih muih sj klu berbuka..dan minum petang...

plg berkesan mau puasa time musim ramadhan..hehe...sebab kau ikut dorang puasa....tp slalunya saya akan lewat sahur la...lol...saya bangun breakfast jam 6am buka puasa jam 8pm gitu..heee..tp sy minum air...lol...saya bukan puasa utk ramadhan kn..utk cihat dan diet...ngee......

klu time tinggal d hostel saya ikut sgt la dorg puasa...sahur jam 3am lg..doi...awalnya...buka puasa jam 7pm klu di SM..tia minum air...tengahari abis kelas..saya tidurrrrr sj...lol..lapar...kadang2 teda sahur lgsung coz malas bgun pagi...sob..sob...

saya tidak pernah makan pil kurus...atau minum teh2 utk kurus...maupun ikut kursus2 kurus...tp saya mc berjaya menurun kan berat shingga la skg, 45 kg..ngeeee...cukup la tu...nti jd papan....lama jg...lebih kurang 1 tahun...pelan2..haha....don't take it easy..sbb klu kau cepat turun kau bukan berdisiplin...entah diet apa kau guna...jangan smpai tidak makan berminggu2....sebab 1 masa ko makan jg tu...and ko akan makan lg byk dr yg normal.^_^.....

baik lah...ini bukan tips utk kurus okey...ini tips utk kekal kan berat badan sj..klu btul2 mau kurus..kau sendiri yg kc adjust tu..org lain tia dpt tolong byk..haha...ok la.....;) gud luck!

I have been using these silky girl product since I was 18 yrs old.....and have collected lots of them in my collection...lol...since it's compact are tiny and super cute...I felt very 'sayang'' to throw em away...so, I think of to give to my lil bro and small2 cousin to play2 at school or home...lol...remember when we're at standard & high school level we used to play2 with these mirror thingy? alaaa...jangan la skemaa...hoho...yea....for the guys...back to my standard 3 or 4 if not mistaken ...they like to used the mirror to look2 there....lol..me neither don't have idea what they do for it...utk skodeng kali ;p any idea guys?.....as for the girls....hee...as usual....to gussy up laa...to look beauty ...but believe me...I never bring my own mirror in school back then....I used to borrow my friend's mirror...not only for beauty purpose...but for 'dentist' check up... what I mean was,

kami suka main jd doktor gigi & pesakit ba time kici2....jd bila teda tu 'round sharpener' (yg ada cermin tu kemudian d cucuk sma2 tu pensel) kami guna ini cermin la...ber la...yg penting ada cermin....;p what a memories.....=) and pengotor!!~....betul2 lagi kami kikis tu gigi 'pesakit' guna straw susu yayasan sabah...haha....oppsss....=p

back to my previous story....when I packed back to Sabah...;p...I left all these silky girl compact because these no used to bring actually ...bikin berat sj...(yg kosong bah)

my gosh...;-p I feel funny of myself..lol....*still chuckle*...kikiki

well, since I play for my team today...nobody help me took our photo...they did but not using our camera..mungkin tu HR simpan2 sj la tu...teda pula minta...huhuhu....

tanpa persediaan dan latihan kami turun padang pada hari ini....well. since this was my very first time playing futsal I feel a bit nervous at the beginning....our opponent is the human resource team yg tinggi2 dan lebar dan besar2...dan hebat2....lol...mcm terlalu kasih megah2 dorang pula...We mixed with the guy....

game ni...kena panggil fun ball sebab setiap kami kena ada sepasangan(girl wit the girl,guy wit the guy stick together in each of the huge hoola-hoop) ....bila mau tendang bola tu pasangan yg satu pun kena pndai2 kawal keseimbangan sebab kdg2 boleh menyebabkan kemalangan yg aduh sakit jg la....

yg sedih nya,...saya sgt rasa bersalah bila team saya kalah d tangan saya...adeh...kami menang sudah ba tu...tp tu lelaki satu pun tidak kasih jaring gol masa turn dorg penalti...dan yg malangnya lagi saya yg kena suruh tendang penalti yg last game...saya heran ou kenapa saya boleh ter sasar gol....huhuhu....heran apa...memang kaki bangku ba saya ni..lol...

yg happy pula....kami kena bagi t-shirt free...hihi...

how's ur weekend? mostly people spent their weekend hang out with a friends or their loves one....and some of them prefer rest at home....=) so you fall under which categories? ;) hihi....ok...as for me,....I prefer stay at home but in the evening I likes to hang out with friends or my luvs one....aisehmen...luvs one...mean my family and a friend who really close to me....that know me better than other...

I just checked out my email just now....and here it goes the edited photo...hoho....hmm...this photo actually taken on March last month...whereby, at SHB....they organized a BIRTHDAY PARTY for their staff every each of month....ehee....begini....tiap bulan kena celebrate birthday bah....klu kau lahir bulan april...nah..sumua yg lahir bulan april kena celebrate lah birthday dia d sini...F.O.C...tee hee~.....jd dlm 1 tahun...ada 12 kali lah kena celebrate tu party....

aiya...I was so small in here.....hehe....this was my first time join their party...a small party though but I like to eat...so never mind la,...as long as they got something delicious for me to crunch...yumm...yummm.....Actually, I also don't know which one of them birthday girl or boy....I just came there and eat...hahaha....teda pun sia wish...;-p......ni staff sini suma yg central punya staff...Megallan sj....pacific and marina masing2....hmmm...saya tia kenal dorg suma ni..kenal muka sj la...haha....sy sgt malas mo berkenalan...biar la masa yg kc kenal kami...=)
